The LwB - Life with Baby - blogs is a collection of parent's and caretaker's views on how their lives changed with a little one in the house. The things that were expected, and those unexpected ones that caught them out, or was a blessing in disguise.

Learning to throw rocks: first just from the height of your head and then pushing it a bt further in a trajectory
Playing with milk bottle caps - who would have thought this small collection will keep you busy stacking, sorting, arranging on the piece of paper, placing in and out containers
Feeding us wile eating: one spoon to Baby, one spoon to Mommy
Trying to drink bath water out of a cup with holes
Waving at strangers in the car until they give up and wave some more - and then waving again, just in case
Picking as many rocks and pine cones as you can hold in your hand and then making decisions about what to leave behind
If something needs to be disposed of, like unwanted food: it goes into the dustbin with a loud: "Dase" and clapping of hands
Unpacking the shopping bags and packing milk into the proper place in the pantry

My dear little son! You are changing so much. Daily. I love your little whimsical expressions. Short frustration outburst and "whois in control" games. Who would have thought that such melancholiac mother can have such a positive, smiling, ever laughing Baby Boy! Mommy just wants to remember every second of your life, every new thing that comes through. I am afraid I can't. I am afraid by the time you are 16 I will have no free memory slots.

- Where’s my child? He is different again: expressions are more complex. Speech: making new combination of sounds, talking faster and slower in the same “sentence”, softer and harder. Laughing at his jokes, slurping so
unds as if thinking of what to say next. Can I please eat you up?
- Woke up at 7am. Climbed into bed with us, played with a book. Walked around with Nommy on his head

- Early rise
- Woke-up from the morning nap and played with sticker book for the first time. Started with simple shapes, like tortoise & duck and pasted all over the book. I was amazed at how well the little fingers peeled the stickers and how quickly
he learnt to stick them back to the board. With two fingers. Getting all excited as all shapes got pasted. With an animated: “Dase!”
- Walked around on the freezing cold blcony. Did not really care about the cold
- Every boy wants, no, needs to be a super hero! Two toilet paper rolls will do! Put them on your hands, stretch infront of you and move around with purpose
